RustDesk will show a 9-digit ID on the main screen. Read that number to your technician — we'll connect to your computer and take it from there.
You'll be asked to confirm the connection before we can see your screen. You stay in control and can end the session at any time by closing RustDesk.

If you receive an unexpected RustDesk connection request — or a call from someone claiming to be from ClinicGuard IT that you didn't initiate — decline it and call us directly on the number you have on file. We will never ask for remote access without first speaking with you.
